Let's get your family together to share mealtimes al fresco style. We want to inspire your outdoor settings, so gatherings become a weekend occurrence, BBQs are frequent, and drinks are cold well into the night, allowing everyone to take a moment to forget the stress of everyday life.

We know just how important it is to spend time with loved ones, which is why we don’t just sell furniture that can be a backdrop to your family memories but also pride ourselves on choosing delivery partners and providing a seamless aftercare service so that your precious time is never wasted.

Designed in the UK

We are proud to say that our furniture designs are created here in the UK. It all starts with a simple idea concept and sketch by our talented product design team. We then create technical drawings, along with a 3D print model of the new idea, and send that off to our trusted factories in the Far East who we have worked with for over 10 years.

They then create a full-scale sample of our idea for us to review. Any amendments and tweaks are made so each individual item is carefully created with the customer in mind. This entire design process can be completed in a matter of a few weeks, meaning our designs are always keeping in with current trends.

Production process

This is where things get exciting. Once the design process has been approved, it's time to make the furniture.

Our factories source our approved top-quality materials, ready for creating furniture masterpieces.

Visors down because it's time to weld, bend, and cut the frames into the right shape.

Let's hand weave the rattan, cover it with fabric, or add the aluminium. Did you know that it can take around 16 hours to hand weave our rattan garden furniture?

Warehouse & logistics

We're proud to work closely with HWC Logistics who look after White Stores goods at their impressive distribution center. Spanning 510,000 square feet across three locations, we've secured a portion of this warehouse to home White Stores goods.

We use high-tech equipment like heat tunnels and robo wrappers to carefully package our products, ensuring everything is kept in perfect condition for when it arrives at your home.

We have a hand-picked collection of courier companies who are known for delivering excellent customer service and look after our products.
