Every detail of our lounging set exudes charm, from the handcrafted rounded teak armrests to the traditional-inspired round tubes found throughout the frame. We finished off the set with accents of natural teak, a wonderfully beautiful wood perfect for outdoor furniture. Due to its natural properties, your teak armrests may change in colour and texture over time. This is very normal with teak, and the aging all adds to the materials charm. To keep the texture as smooth as possible, we do recommend sanding your teak regularly, and apply a teak oil (follow the instructions on the oil label) to prolong the effect after sanding. The aluminium framework can be cleaned by wiping down with a damp soft cloth.

Returns Information
We understand that sometimes things aren't right and you may need to return something.
Unwanted items:
If you have ordered and received an item that you no longer require, you have 14 calendar days to return the item to us. It is important that any items you return are in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging in order to receive a refund.
Damaged/faulty items:
If there are any faults with your order, we must be informed within 14 days of delivery in order to be able to issue a replacement. Please email any photos of the damage along with your order number to help us quickly identify the problem and take necessary action.
