SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- The Petromax Dutch Oven and its parts (lid, handle) can become extremely hot when in use. Thus, children and animals should never be allowed near the Dutch Oven. Only touch the Dutch Oven and its parts with heat-resistant gloves, potholders or the lid lifter.
- Do not pour cold liquids (such as water) onto the hot cast-iron Dutch Oven, for the cast iron can crack or be otherwise damaged.
- Never use dishwashing liquid or soap to clean the Dutch Oven.
- Do not drop the Dutch Oven for cast iron is a brittle material that can crack.

As long as you take good care of your Dutch Oven, it should last for generations. Thus, you must follow a few important basic rules:

Returns Information
We understand that sometimes things aren't right and you may need to return something.
Unwanted items:
If you have ordered and received an item that you no longer require, you have 14 calendar days to return the item to us. It is important that any items you return are in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging in order to receive a refund.
Damaged/faulty items:
If there are any faults with your order, we must be informed within 14 days of delivery in order to be able to issue a replacement. Please email any photos of the damage along with your order number to help us quickly identify the problem and take necessary action.
