Can you repair my rattan?
On very rare occasions, rattan can start to split or snap, this is something that can be repaired with little to no hassle.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a repair service for rattan, however, our blog will explain all the information and a short video showing a step-by-step guide on fixing your rattan.
Sometimes we have stock of spare rattan. Please contact a member of customer service to enquire. If we have no stock we would suggest using a search engine to find companies that do sell rattan strips.

Do we sell replacement or repair kits for the rattan furniture?
Should we have the available stock, we can send our replacement strands if your product is under warranty. We can also sell replacement strands if your product is outside of warranty, providing stock is available. See this handy tutorial on how to repair your rattan.
