With rattan garden furniture ranging in sizes, many people ask us how we deliver our rattan garden furniture. We have many different delivery options for you to choose from which we will cover for you in this blog to help you choose the service that best meets your needs.
Standard Economy Delivery
We deliver to mainland addresses in the UK. (If you are unsure whether you count as mainland then don’t hesitate to contact us and we can check for you.) Our standard delivery service is our most popular delivery service and works in the following way:
Step 1: You will receive a confirmation order from us confirming your order and delivery option.
Step 2: Over the next 3-5 days you will receive a phone call from our courier service to book you in for delivery on a day that suits you. Our couriers are unable to confirm an exact delivery time slot with you but may offer an AM or PM option.
Step 3: On your chosen day our couriers will deliver your furniture on a pallet to the nearest hardstanding. This means that the goods can be placed in your front garden, or driveway if you have smooth paving. However, if you have a gravel driveway the closest hardstanding may be the kerb.
Unfortunately, our couriers cannot carry any goods inside your property or through to the garden, due to insurance purposes. When using our standard delivery service, it will be your own responsibility to unpack the goods and dispose of the packaging. We do recommend two people to carry heavier items through to your garden so please ensure you have the help needed to do so before selecting this delivery option.

Next Day Delivery
If this option is available it will be clear on the product page. In busy periods this option may be switched off. If Next Day delivery is available you will need to place your order before 12pm and select the next day delivery option at the checkout (providing the item is in stock). Next day delivery works as follows:
Step 1: You will receive a confirmation order from us confirming your order and delivery option.
Step 2: Your goods will be processed immediately for delivery on the next working day. You may receive live tracking information to follow your order on its journey to you, but we cannot guarantee AM or PM delivery.
Step 3: On the next working day following your order our couriers will deliver your furniture on a pallet to the nearest hardstanding. This means that the goods can be placed in your front garden, or driveway if you have smooth paving. However, if you have a gravel driveway the closest hardstanding may be the kerb.

Specific Day Delivery
Providing the products you have selected are in stock you may be given the choice of specific day delivery. This gives you the freedom to guarantee delivery on a specific date that suits you (excluding Sunday delivery and Bank Holidays). The process will work as follows:
Step 1: You will receive a confirmation order from us confirming your order and delivery option.
Step 2: You should receive a call from our couriers to confirm your delivery date. They will be unable to confirm an exact time slot, but they may offer the option of an AM or PM delivery.
Step 3: On your selected day our couriers will deliver your furniture on a pallet to the nearest hardstanding. This means that the goods can be placed in your front garden, or driveway if you have smooth paving. However, if you have a gravel driveway the closest hardstanding may be the kerb.
Premium Economy Delivery
Our premium economy delivery service is delivered by one of our own staff and is available on most furniture sets and larger items. This service is limited, and the price will vary based on your postcode. If this option is available in your area it will be selectable at checkout. This service will work as follows:
Step 1:You will receive a confirmation order from us confirming your order and delivery option.
Step 2: You will receive a call from a member of our own staff to book you in for delivery on a day that suits you and a day when we are in your area. This may exceed the standard 7-14 days delivery times.
Step 3: Providing you are home to grant us access, we will deliver your furniture to your garden. We will remove all packaging and leave you with instructions to assemble your furniture – should it require any assembly.
White Glove Service
Our White Glove Service is our premium delivery service and is limited by availability and postcode. The price will also depend on the post code and size of the item; therefore, this option will only be available on orders placed over the phone. This service will work as follows:
Step 1:You will receive a confirmation order from us confirming your order and delivery option.
Step 2: You will receive a call from a member of our own staff to book you in for delivery on a day that suits you and a day when we are in your area. This may exceed the standard 7-14 days delivery times.
Step 3: On the day of delivery you will receive a phone call when we are 30 minutes away from your delivery address. We will then deliver the goods to your garden, assemble your furniture for you and remove all packaging, ensuring you are happy with your furniture before leaving.
